Looking at the parts diagram for the clutch I do not see a separate CDV like on past models. It could be that the CDV is inside the clutch slave cylinder. Until somebody goes rooting around all we can do is guess...
On my Evo the CDV was inside where the clutch line attached to the slave cylinder. I needed to remove the line and pull it out using a very thin screwdriver. Taking it out really helped that car and I imagine it will help the 328 also.
