The Individual program is not tied to ED. It's technically available to anyone, but very few dealers are familiar with the process. And very few buyers are keen on the cost premiums. The price for admission is usually north of $3,500 for a 3 series. Chances of configured lease with Individual treatment are slim at best. The additional cost does not directly correlate to market value. Thus the term "Individual".
