The default is not 64% ! When you code values like that, you specify them in hex. The default of 64 (in hex)
is 100% (in decimal).
If you coded 99 (hex), then you tried to set the percentage to 153% !
I'm surprised it even let you do that. I don't know what the ECU will do with a value past 100%.
You have to be really careful about how you change these things. You could mess up the ECU that way.
