It's certainly possible if your car was already in 112 status. It just depends on what code your car is in when you make the order. My E90 arrived just under 6 weeks. My F30 was 6.5 weeks.
Also arriving at the port means you have another 3-7 days before arriving at the dealer. You're in reality looking at closer to 6 weeks.
