My BMW shop gets its demo cars around that time, September 10. Is it a demo car you have been able to snatch from your shop?
Otherwise it sounds very early.
I have added professional navigation, all the extras like live and apps etc plus HUD now. Still week 41 (it was changed to 41 last week) for delivery. Planned production week 37.
