No, it had no effect on the mileage. I drove for a number of months stock on the 328 and it was the same.
Theoretically by adding horsepower through boost, you're reducing effort required to maintain speeds or achieve speeds at the cost of more fuel demand without more demand elsewhere, however it still all comes down to driving habits. I think when you do get on the throttle with JB+, its more boost, more air and more fuel, therefore, that has more of an impact
