I was told neither was eligible for ED orders. The fine print from the bulletin:


Eligible Vehicles:
• All MY12 and MY13 vehicles are eligible.
• Program Cars (BMW NA Company, Sales Demos, Specialty Demos, and Retired Service Loaners, Shuttle or Mobility Assistance Vehicles) are eligible upon consumer retail.

Ineligible Vehicles:
• Any vehicles older than MY12 are not eligible.
• Diplomat, Military, and European Delivery Vehicles are not eligible.
• BMW College Graduate Incentive cannot be used in conjunction with Center Employee Lease.
• EPP vehicles do not qualify for the $1,000 College Graduate Incentive.
