Canadians don't get it coz everyone has health insurance.
US don't get it coz no one has health insurance but there is an ER around every corner where they are obligated to treat u then u can ignore the bill they send u.
Probably Obama care will make it mandatory for bmw to put 1st aid kits in our cars.
