Pull the $ together if you can and get the premium, the money you'll save won't be worth the money spent in the future trying to obtain the same features individually.
One option that I'd suggest is get the factory lights retrofitted with a bi-xenon projector and HID kit. I can do it, hit me up whenever you're ready
