Once the 800# confirms your vehicle has arrived at port of exit and is awaiting for vessel, you should start to track it through WW web using the VIN#. My car was on the board on the 16th (confirmed booking on 15th) but 800# still had my status as "awaiting for vessel" till the 19th.
