Yeah just ask what ISTA-P version they are using. Rumors from the F10 forums are that there's now a 48.3, but who knows whether any of those changes are relevant to this car.
This will update all the software in your car that's out of date automatically, as the SIB calls for a "complete car" upgrade. No need to separately ask the dealer to check for additional updates. Originally my SA thought it'd only update the FEM, but it found a bunch of other modules out of date on my AH3 as well. I'm guessing those are hybrid specific modules.
