Just FYI if anyone is interested, Remus has "released" two exhaust options for the 320i (not M Sport though for some reason). It's the same exhaust as for the 328i but you will need a adapter from 60mm to 75mm which they are also selling.
The reason sharing is the adapter. Because the only difference between 320i/320d compared to the 328i should be the pipe coming to the back exhaust, 60mm vs. 75mm, I
assume that with this adapter you would also install the OEM M Performance exhaust to the 320i/320d. I am sure it would need a bit modification but it would interesting to try it out...
