Steering is sticking/binding when turning right.

Just noticed this today. If I'm going over 25 mph and turn hard right, about half turn and I can feel it briefly sticking in one specific point and then it goes back to normal for the rest of the turn. No noises, I can turn past it but for that one part of the turn it feels like sticking. It's kinda hard to explain. Steering components/wheels are stock. Car is 2014 335i xDrive with 43k miles.

Any ideas?
