I see that a 330i base price lease is $339 with $3K down. Remember that is the national advertised price, not your local dealer price. BMW has a $2K incentive. The Invoice is 7% below MSRP. I think if you could find a Base 330i M-Sport Manual, the MSRP is around $45,500. The residual is 61% or $27,750.

MSRP $45,500
Invoice $42,300
Incentive $2,000
Your Cost $40,300
Minus residual $27,750

Your Balance should be $12,500 + interest, tax and acquisition fee. It seems that should be close to your $320 price range but you would have to find the car and the dealer that would be willing to do that. I see some 2017's are still out there, do not know if they would lease them at a discount, could be worth a try. Good luck.

FWIW: sedans are not selling, everyone is incentivizing them, you can be stubborn.
