Driving at the speed limiter does not define the BMW driving experience for 99% of BMW owners above the age of 18.
I'm assuming you mean you have a "Sport Line" car. It does not come standard with "sport tires" (summer tires). The summer tires are optional. You can't assume a Sport Line has the summer tires.
