I also scuffed my 189 alloy on a curb rather annoyingly so I had them sort it out at service and they came back looking absolutely pristine and factory fresh!
What's also nice is that I can walk in the showroom at any time and multiple staff will greet me with my first name at no hesitation.  And a quintessentially British offer of a brew
