I believe the answer is obvious. BMW does not yet want to commit which engines will be available combining xDrive with manual transmission. Very disappointing.
PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BMW! Give your North American customers both the 328i AND the 335i with xDrive and manual transmission!

The pages that are labelled 38/39 in the 54 page brochure actually mention xDrive and a little sub note says which engines they will be available in (320i, 328i, 335i and 320d). Which is good news as I previously thought the 328i was excluded.
