I've also tried coding this on 3 other non-NAV F30's (N20, N26, and N55 engines) with no luck.
As you say, the screen displays, but no data (red indicators) show.
We think it has to do with some sort of dependency on having 609 (navigation). It's like the data feed from the engine isn't getting to the display without having the HU_CIC (Non-NAV has HU_ENTRY).
I don't know of anyone getting this to work on an F30. Other have it working on some (not all) F10's.
