It looks nice, but I think the steering wheel dominates the dash too much. Picture it with a black wheel from the M Sport or the M Performance wheel offered by BMW. A black wheel may calm down the shock value of all the beige without taking away the "luxury" look I think BMW was going for.
The piping on the seats looks great and the mats are nice too.
