BUT, I'll say it again, BMW Australia does not recognise this exhaust as a standard item as it does not comply with ADR's and therefore is not a warrantable item.
All guys in the States can say as many times as they want that the salesman is a goose and doesn't know what he is talking about and so on but what Maunta has been told is true.
With saying that it is not likely the exhaust would ever cause any issues but there is still a risk, from a warranty point of view, putting this exhaust on a car in Australia.
I know this as I wanted to put it on mine before I picked the car up!
