That's not very good news brother.
So you are saying that the run flat tyres generate more noise than normal ones? also if you get rid of run flat tyres then you are losing a very important feature: please have a look at this video


What is ur opinion on the Adaptive M Suspension? have u tried it once? does it improve the quality of the ride?
