I ordered a 2013 328i, and am currently negotiating a 10k/36 month lease. What do you think of these numbers:

Sale Price: $51,420
Rebate: $1,750 (March cash + loyalty)
Residual: 63%
Money Factor: .0013
Acquisition Fee: $725 (added to cap cost)

Upfront Fees:
Documentation Fee: $80
CA Tire Tax: $7
CA Registration Fees: ~$433
Upfront Taxes: $164.70 (tax on rebates + doc fee)

Monthly: $590; Driveoff (incl. 1st month payment): $1,275

I'm not interested in MSDs because I want to reserve my ability to assign the lease in a couple of years.
