okay. I just figured out. The car doesn't really go to NJ. They just send the paperwork to NJ before the ship enters the states. Well at least the customs are cleared.

Yep! I get the same thing! Let's hope the VPC isn't backed up. There are still a lot of car carriers at Baltimore port.
