When I mentioned it happens if the wipers are left up for example overnight they were able to replicate it on my car and other F30's on the lot.
No fix available and I was told to "lower the wipers before moving the car"

Sorry for newb but how do you even place it in "service" mode? My non BMW cars I've just lifted the arm away from the windshield. I assume we can't do that anymore.?
