Any of you guys or gals tumble or parkour?
I started going to a tumbling gym class about a month and a half ago. This was my very first time ever at one of these places.. I've always wanted to learn flips, back-flips, back handsprings and more. Parkour moves as well.
I find it more interesting than going to the "other" gym and just lifting weights on a machine. Tumbling is a great way to workout.
The place I go to has open adult nights (18+) on Thursdays and my buddy and I go to it. We are advancing pretty quickly and have front and back flips, hand springs down as well as a bunch of parkour tricks.
