Another Allocation Question
Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I can't find an answer anywhere.
I'm getting ready to place an order for a 2015 435i GC xDrive. I have two dealerships that are both close in final price, but their "story" on allocation is different:
- The larger (slightly more expensive) dealership says they have an allocation going into production this week. He's quoting 5-7 weeks for delivery.
- The smaller (slightly less expensive) dealership says allocation is not a problem for this model, but won't give me a date. he's quoting 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Thoughts? Shouldn't the dealer be able to tell me when the next allocation for the car goes into production before signing?
