I've noticed the same in my car. Hard to tell where it's coming from other than the general vicinity of the dash. High pitched beep...almost like a very slow version of morse code. Extremely faint. Windows have to be up. Fan is off. Radio is off. Otherwise I can't hear it. It becomes harder to hear at speed. And worst of all, it comes and goes.
I'm equipped with Tech pkg, HK radio. I wonder if its the Nav tracking location? My Toyota nav is constantly spinning the map cd, even when I'm not using guidance.
