i have a 320i sport
came with 17" alloys and continental tyres..... ride was dire!
like rolling on lumps of rubber coated concrete.
i then bought a set of 19" 403M's that had bridgestone S001's on it, with the intention of ditching them for standard tyres like i did with my previous car an E90.
but felt it wasn't needed, the ride quality of the 19" S001's is better than the 17" continentals imo.
as for comfort, if you came from an E90 the ride is much softer in the F30.
and wouldn't want it any softer.
as for tyre road noise best option for that imo is standard non runflat tyres. or bridgestone S001's if your not comfortable with not having runflats.
