Yes that's what it looks like. The premium package looks like its a lot less useful now.
The downsides from looking through the guides.
1. You are stuck getting BMW assist if you want Nav in any form.
2. You are stuck with split folding rear seats even if you don't want it.
3. If you want the parking cameras you're stuck getting the blind spot detection if you don't want it.
The upside as already stated
1. Xenons without premium
2. Parking package, now DAP without premium
3. Can get Nav without HUD (but is so expensive you might as well)
4. Can get wood in base model for 500
5. Can get wood in sport model for 250
