It's just the lighting and angle. That's a shadow making it look that way. It's not 100% fitment though, or maybe it's just me. I feel like the tabs aren't really locking. Also the two plastic rivets that were there before doesn't fit anymore and two screws from the center don't line up with the old holes either. Could definitely be pushed UP and in but not sure how to get it to stay short of 3M tape which I don't want to use. Let's have a meet up one night all of us and I'll show you!
For now I'm okay with it, maybe I will take off the whole bumper at some point when I install my new tail lights, then it'll have an easier time pushing it all in.
