I need some quick help from you guys. I need to pull the trigger on the Kata backpack in the next 2 hours if I choose to get that one.

Think Tank StreetWalker HardDrive
I chose these two, because I need to carry my 5D2, 17-40mm, 24-105mm, 50mm, 70-200mm and/or the 100-400mm, and my 15" MacBook Pro.
The Think Tank is available at my local camera store, and it looked like it would fit all the equipment I want to take with me. But it's fugly compared to the Kata. Unfortunately, I can't find a place nearby that sells Kata, so it would be a relatively blind buy.
Any suggestions? Any other recommendations?
