Very ok.
If you're looking for opinion and or suggestion, I suggest a few visits to red line or very near red line.
Take each low gear to red line with easy moderate acceleration.
Don't go full throttle to red.
Just put it in 1st and accel moderately all the way to red line, then let the engine bring the car back down to around 1500rpm, then do that in 2nd, and 3rd, etc...
Do as many gears this way as you can, but do it up to safe speeds only.
The idea is to get some full engine speed acceleration, and then engine braking to help piston rings get seated properly. |
