Those dual pipes are nothing but a y-connection attached to the single pipe, doesn´t give u any benefits besides a somewhat better look. An M Performance Exhaust on the other hand means you replace the whole rear silencer, giving you better sound, less weight and less backpressure --> minor performance increase but definetely worth it.
