I noticed now that upon startup every time and also every time I let my foot of the throttle, I hear a brief one second rattle. I went underneath the car and it's the turning of the pin which turns the flap. Is this sound normal? Even when I let off the throttle ? I always hear it. The "geniuses " at BMW said its normal and I know that's complete bs. Any ideas ?
