BMW customer research
Do any of you think that BMW has someone in their company to look at these forums to get tips,recommendation,ideas,or discover current problems from BMW enthusiast and owners. Because I was thinking if they took our ideas of a model and applied it to that model we would end up with a much more liked car. Of course the would have to go with a majority choice cause they wouldn't be able to add all of our ideas.
