Well i fixed it, basically the shifter part that keeps the shifter up im guessing fell on the driveshaft and it was rubbing it. Took it to work and popped it back on now its all good. Not sure why it would pop out but its a cheap design that should be fixed. The earliest the dealer can get me in is next week so i couldn't wait that long. I'll still bring it in cause the brakes squeak like crazy and the driveshaft has rub marks.
