That could mean that your car is waiting for a part. My 428i sat in Georgia waiting for black kidney grills to arrive from Germany!!
After sitting at "finishing touches" for about a week and a half, my CA checked and found that my car was just sitting there wait for those grills. He told them to send the car and that he would have the grills installed at the dealership(they just happened to have some in the parts dept). The car arrived in Lakeland, FL a day later, and I'm sooo glad they installed those Black Kidney grills!!
