If I were to hire a Jr. configuration designer, I would hire him immediately.
- creativity
- attention to detail
- passion for work
- commitment and other qualities.
He can be asked to make proof of concept.
The platform doesn't matter if he can do it in flash, he can do in HTML5 or any other after learning.
