ykau for office, we are aware of 2 ways:

activate MACRO_PIM in CIC
Tested working:
Remove 8LS (Singapore country controller) from VO code and code combox & CIC. While this enable office support, we do not know what else is turn on/off since there is no way to check this. So use at your own risk.
Personally, unless you're using android or blackberry phones, then do it. If you're going to use this with iPhone, save the trouble, after activating it, the features is pretty much still useless
as it only show NEW message received after the phone is paired with the car, and it doesn't allow you to reply. So with iphone, it's better to use siri to read out the message and have siri does the reply as well
