Ok I found it after logging in and it says:
"Certified Dealers offer savings to American Express Cardholders. The exact amount varies by dealer. Please present proof of your American Express card to your dealer to qualify. Plus you can use your American Express card towards the purchase of your new car.
See dealer for details. (Expires 6/30/2013)"
I have asked my dealer to check for it since they should have it.
