All F30s have sport/comfort/ecopro driving modes, but it has nothing to do with suspension (adjustments are done for steering, throttle response, shift points, etc.). Adaptive suspension adds adjustable dampers (that's what the wire is for on that picture). Adding Adaptive M suspension to non Sportline should add also Sport+ mode.
