I had all kinds of wraps on my car and never a single issue. It's 3M wrap and if you have a company doing proper work you won't be able to tell the difference between paint and wrap. Car wash etc all is no problem.

On the F30 the only issue I had with the wrap is the antenna part as its very hard to wrap around it - but unless you look really really close you won't notice it. Overall I'd wrap my cars any day of the week. Looks good, protects the paint and is a lot cheaper and hassle free than getting a new paint job.

Below is a video of my Porsche, wrapped in white with black stripes. You won't be able to tell that it's wrap. Of course there are certain parts on the car that are hard to wrap especially with the heat and humidity here in Thailand. The mirrors for example. You might get a bubble or two but it's an easy fix.
