I just leased a 2016 428i Gran Coupe. When shopping around I did see a the 3-series GT, but immediately favored the 428i GC. I liked the styling much more.
I'm still rather new to BMW's, but maybe it's possible buyers like me are favoring the 4-series GC over the 3-series GT and so it doesn't get much love?
