To become a BMW test driver comes with a level of advanced driving. The waiting period is around two years and testing is highly advanced not only behind the wheel and on the various stages of external and internal road but also with he functionality of advanced and early protoypes.
My son finally joined the testing teams earlier this year after a 2 and a half year wait.
