Is there any room for negotiating an option credit or something? At this point am in the position to cancel the order while it's in transit. Surely it would be in their best interest to try and compensate with an option credit? I hate to be that guy, but it is a frustrating position to be in.

It cannot be cancelled... When you are doing EURO delivery you have to sign a bunch of papers before the car gets into production.
Oh well, it is not like the car is going to change it's body style neither the new GPS will have a different map interface neither will drive for you to your destination.
It sucks... But would be worst we did not have any GPS at all.
Live and learn... Do not order any BMW for the fist two years of his new body style, it happened with 2007 and 2008 335i and now is happening again.
Why BMW? why>>>>??????!!!
