BMW did not change their warranty. It is still 4yr/50,000 in the US.
Here is the new warranty.
And it did change. Brake service no longer included.

That's not the warranty. That is the maintenance plan. Warranty is still 4yr/50k. Maintenance plan is 3yr/36k.
