Mercedes, Audi, and Volvo all provide transportation from the airport to either your hotel or their respective delivery centers. I believe they all provide at least one night in a local hotel also. Cab fare from the airport into central Munich is ~EUR40-50.
Rolf charges EUR55 (which might be slightly higher than a cab, but maybe not). He's a long time BMW employee and is very friendly.
If you are staying close to the main train station or Nordfriedhof, I would recommend taking the Lufthansa Bus ( http://www.airportbus-muenchen.de/cms/en/). It drops off at Nordfriedhof and at the Hauptbahnoff and is only like $15pp. Otherwise, you can take the train from the airport into town ( http://www.mvv-muenchen.de/en/homepage/index.html).

I'm going to the worst time ever, hotel are costing $400+ euros and none of the hotels that BMW has the convincing has room available, there is a "fair festival" happening on the same week which is killing me.
It just sucks!
