Yes, I'm totally satisfied with the F30 car I own. Yes, I've had some minor issues, which were handled very professionally by my dealer (Bib Stillwell, Melbourne).

I'm sorry to read about your long standing issues not just with your car, but with BMW Australia. That to me, is a big (and disappointing) surprise.

If you have exhausted all avenues to have your car's legitimate problems fixed, I agree. You should research what legal options are available to you in order to have your car fixed to a reasonably expected standard.

If you are reasonable in your request, which I'm sure you are, then help should be on your side.

Have you documented everything that has happened? Phone calls, dates, times, names of people to whom you spoke with, etc? Keep as accurate a log as possible.
