Not to mention that you are paying $7 or more per month on top of that over the course of a two year contract. If you break the phone in the first month, it could pay off, but I always ended up breaking mine in the last few months of the contract so it was never worth it to me ($7 x ~21 months = $147, plus $100 deductible and I'm at $247 for a 2+ year old phone).
