They may try to charge it, but you shouldn't pay it. Whatever you pay should be, at most and preferably even less than, $2500 below what the BMW configurator shows as MSRP. If my dealer told me that and actually was serious, I'd leave and buy something else. An F30 is a fine car, but it's not special enough to command MSRP minus anything less than $2500, to say nothing of MSRP + $700!
